Metric Environmental, LLC is a DBE/MBE environmental consulting firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana with additional offices in Gary, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio. Our business was created to continue a legacy of providing creative solutions for complex environmental challenges. We are a multidisciplinary environmental consulting practice that conducts ever more complex services through the provision of cost effective, realistic and defensible issue resolution for Public, Private and Federal clients. We employ these technical service practices to enhance the communities in which we work and the personal/professional lives of the people who agree to join us in the business mission.
The metric standard was devised after the turn of the 20th century to make uniform a standard of measurement that could connect the entire globe. The term metric is used to denote “a set standard” of measurement against which things are judged and is in keeping with our vision of ourselves as a business that sets the standard against which environmental consulting can be measured.

Our Services
These services include assessment, investigation, design, mitigation and minimization through a variety of outlets that include Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation; NEPA documentation (CE, EA, EIS); Industrial Hygiene Services (asbestos, lead and indoor air quality); Natural Resources Management, Environmental Permitting; Historical and Archaeological Resources investigation. Our personnel include licensed professional engineers, licensed professional geologists, certified hazardous materials managers, LEED® Accredited Professionals, ISI Environmental Sustainability Professionals, licensed asbestos inspectors/designers, Historians and Archaeologists.
