The NEPA and Permitting staff has experience in all aspects of the NEPA process as outlined by various federal agencies. We have completed NEPA documentation which adhered to the guidelines of the NEPA processes specified by the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Housing and Urban Development, Federal Transit Administration, and the Indiana National Guard.
Our projects have been completed, reviewed, and approved following the specific NEPA guidelines of the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA), and the Federal Aviation Administration Great Lakes Region.
